Nicolas Crespelle (1947)

Nicolas is a director of the Pierre et Marie Curie University, Chairman of the Foundation Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris and Senior Advisor and Partner of the investment bank Findercod (Paris).
Nicolas holds a PhD in Management from the University of Paris Dauphine, an MSc in History, as well as certificates in Sociology, Ethnology and Psychology. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Publicis S.A., as well as the Development and Diversification Director, and directed the department of research and education for more than ten years. He then created the company NC Conseil, consulting in strategy and development, while pursuing a career as a press editor. In the realm of this latter activity, he founded the weekly «Profession Politique» and «L'Hémicycle», along with the edition company «Custom Publishing France».
Nicolas is also the author of numerous reports to the French government in the fields of energy, viticulture, pedagogy of the economy, and financing of SMEs.
Nicolas is now a consultant for Equity Financing (NC Conseil, Paris), and Chairman of the Quatrivium Gestion («Venture Fund» of the Pierre et Marie Curie University and the Sorbonne in Paris). Nicolas is a Knight of the National Order of Merit of France.

James Walfenzao (1950)

James is retired and was the main shareholder and Managing Director of The Corpag Group, an international group of «Trust Companies», acting in many different jurisdictions and operating in the professions of trust, fiduciary and financial services, tax planning and company management services. James studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam, after which he obtained an MSc in tax law. He also holds an MBA from the International University of Monaco.
Since the start of his career in 1973, James has held various positions at ABN and NCB/Chase Manhattan Bank, as a member of the credit, management and development committees. From 1988 to 1992, he managed the Citco Group Banks in St.-Maarten (Netherlands Antilles). From 1992 to 1995, he was General Manager of Almu Lease B.V., a subsidiary of the SNS Group, while working as an independent consultant for various international privatization projects. In 1995, James acquired Corporate Agents N.V. in Curaçao, which he progressively transformed to «The Corpag Group», with now more than ten offices around the world.
Following many years as the President of the Transnational Taxation Network Association (TTN), James was a member of its Executive Committee. He was also a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Monaco Venture Capital Association (VCA).
